Our Breakage Guarantee – Conditions of Coverage

At LIMCARO, we take the utmost care in packaging your tiles. To ensure that any damage during transport can be covered, the delivery procedure must be strictly followed.

How does it work?

• 
  Check the condition of the pallets and packages before signing .
  
• 
  In case of any anomaly, write specific reservations on the delivery note (e.g., "1 broken box").
  
• 
  Take clear photos of the damage.
  
• 
  Send them to our customer service department within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  
• 
  After validation, we only send the missing/broken tiles , in accordance with the reservations noted.
  

Terms

• 
  Coverage is only possible if specific reservations are indicated on the delivery note .
  
• 
  Vague reservations or the absence of reservations do not allow for any compensation (goods deemed to have been received in perfect condition).
  
• 
  Only broken parts corresponding to the reserves will be replaced.
  
• 
  Replacement shipments are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after validation.

  There are about 12 klantendienst between 24 and 48 hours before levering.

  It is valid for all possible/broken tegels , which may be genetically modified.

  Coverage is only possible when precise remarks are written on the delivery note .

  Vague comments or no comments mean no compensation (goods considered received in perfect condition).

  Only the damaged pieces matching the delivery remarks will be replaced.
